Job Description
The MEAL Officer will lead monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning for the Green Skills Project, ensuring data-driven program quality and impact.
Key duties include designing M&E tools, managing data collection and analysis, preparing timely reports for stakeholders, facilitating learning sessions, ensuring beneficiary feedback mechanisms, and supporting field monitoring visits.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in social science or related field, 2+ years MEAL experience (preferably in green skills or vocational projects), strong Excel and data visualization skills, excellent communication, and ability to work with partners and communities.
