Job Description
Logistics Vel is seeking an experienced NGO Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations while aligning with our mission for impactful change. Your role will include developing operational strategies, managing budgets, and identifying funding opportunities to drive growth. You’ll supervise program managers and staff to ensure high performance and compliance with NGO regulations.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nonprofit Management or related field, with at least 3-4 years of experience in NGO operations. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
The position offers a competitive salary between Rs75,00.00 – Rs125,00.00 per month.
