Job Description
We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee facility upkeep, preventive maintenance, and repair operations while ensuring safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities include leading a team of technicians, scheduling and prioritizing work orders, managing maintenance budgets, coordinating contractors, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications: 5+ years in maintenance or engineering, strong mechanical and electrical knowledge (HVAC a plus), proven leadership, troubleshooting skills, and experience with CMMS systems.
