Job Description
M/S EUSOL seeks a dedicated female Customer Support Executive with excellent spoken and written English to join our in-person team. You will respond to emails and chat promptly, resolve issues to ensure high customer satisfaction, maintain accurate interaction records, and collaborate with other departments for smooth resolutions. Prior customer support experience is a plus; strong interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask in a team are required.
