Job Description
Join us as a Medication Management Quality Specialist to improve medication safety and compliance across clinical services. You will monitor medication use processes, perform audits, analyze data, implement improvement plans, and work with pharmacists, nurses, and providers to reduce errors and ensure regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate holds a degree in pharmacy, nursing, or a related field, with 3+ years in medication safety or quality improvement, strong data analysis skills, and excellent communication. Certification in medication safety or quality is preferred. This role requires attention to detail, problem-solving, and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
