Job Description

We are seeking an experienced RCM Manager to lead revenue cycle operations, including billing, claims processing, denial management, coding compliance, and payer relations. You will optimize cash flow, set KPIs, implement process improvements, and manage a team to ensure accurate, timely reimbursement. Requirements: 5+ years in revenue cycle management, strong knowledge of ICD/CPT and payer contracts, EMR experience, analytical skills, and proven leadership.
