Job Description
We are hiring a Medical Claims & Denials Specialist to manage the claims lifecycle, review denials, prepare appeals, and maximize reimbursement. You will analyze EOBs, verify coding (CPT/ICD-10), follow payer guidelines, and work with providers to resolve documentation or billing issues. Responsibilities include trend analysis, denial prevention, accurate claim submission, and timely appeals. Requires 2+ years in medical billing, strong knowledge of insurance policies, excellent communication, and proficiency with billing systems and EHRs. Attention to detail and ability to prioritize are essential.
