Job Description
Join Macrise Tech Solutions as a full-time Patient Account Specialist handling patient communication, outbound/inbound billing calls, payment reminders, and empathetic resolution of billing inquiries. Accurately post patient and insurance payments, process receipts, generate e-statements, and manage payment plans. Maintain accounts by correcting posting errors, updating records, and documenting activities. Review encounters to verify charges and coordinate with internal teams to resolve missing or incorrect information. Requirements: 1 year medical billing experience, English proficiency, willingness to work US hours (night shift), and in-person presence in Wapda Town, Lahore (reliable commute or relocation). Salary: Rs45,00–Rs70,00 per month.
