Job Description
- Enter, update, and verify sales, purchase, and inventory data into company databases and ERP systems.
- Maintain accurate records of stock movements, supplier invoices, and customer orders.
- Prepare and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
- Assist in reconciling data discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
- Ensure timely and error-free data entry for invoices, purchase orders, and delivery challans.
- Support finance and sales teams with data-related tasks and documentation.
- Safeguard confidentiality of company and customer information.
- Perform quality checks on data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams for updated product and stock information.
