Job Description

QUALIFICATION

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Operations, or related field.

EXPERIENCE:

1–3 years of experience in mall or retail operations. Knowledge of facility maintenance, safety, and customer service practices

JOB PURPOSE

To support mall operations by ensuring smooth functioning of day-to-day activities, tenant coordination, facility maintenance, safety compliance, and high-quality customer service on the assigned floor or area.

POSITION DIMENSIONS

1. Mall Operations

Monitor and oversee daily operations on the assigned floor or section, ensuring smooth functioning of all services.

2. Tenant Coordination

Serve as the point of contact for tenants, addressing operational issues, facilitating communication, and providing necessary support.

3. Facilities & Maintenance

Report and follow up on maintenance issues related to lighting, HVAC, elevators, escalators, and other facilities to ensure proper functioning.

4. Safety & Security

Ensure adherence to safety and security protocols, monitor staff and visitors, and report any incidents to the Duty Manager.

5. Customer Service

Assist visitors and tenants, address complaints, provide information, and ensure a positive experience within the mall.

6. Reporting

Prepare daily reports on operational activities, incidents, maintenance issues, and tenant interactions for submission to the Duty Manager.

COMMUNICATION & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS

Reports to the Duty Manager / Mall Manager and coordinates with tenants, security, housekeeping, maintenance teams, and customer service staff to ensure smooth operations and tenant satisfaction.

Pay: Rs40,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month
