Job Description
MAFH International seeks a dynamic Technical Sales Person to drive Sales & Marketing of construction products. Responsible for identifying and converting leads, managing key accounts, promoting products to developers, architects, and contractors, negotiating pricing, preparing cost-benefit analyses, and maintaining sales pipeline and forecasts. Requires Bachelor’s in Sales & Marketing, 2–3 years sales experience in construction or chemical products, strong construction materials knowledge, excellent communication and negotiation skills, MS Office proficiency, valid driver’s license and own vehicle. Full-time, in-person role based in Islamabad (relocation preferred), up to 50% travel. Market-competitive salary, allowances, perks, and career growth in a performance-driven team.
