Job Description
Makaan Solutions seeks a Lead Generation Specialist to manage Google Ads and Meta campaigns for real estate. You will plan and optimize paid search, display, YouTube, Facebook and Instagram campaigns to deliver quality leads within target CPLs, implement tracking (Facebook Pixel, GTM, GA), coordinate with sales, and improve creatives and landing pages. Require bachelor’s degree, 2+ years in real estate lead generation, proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, and strong analytics. Google/Meta certifications, CRM and automation experience preferred. Full-time, in-person role with competitive salary (Rs75,00–Rs120,00/month) plus monthly bonuses and growth opportunities.
