Job Description
Mamji Hospital is seeking a dedicated and proactive individual for the position of Manager on Duty. This role is essential for providing administrative support while overseeing shift operations to ensure efficient workflow.
Responsibilities include assessing staff performance, supervising administrative staff, and coordinating with department heads. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business administration and preferably previous experience in healthcare administration.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Flexibility to work rotating shifts is required.
