Job Description
Mamji Hospital seeks a skilled, detail-oriented Medical Transcriptionist to transcribe OPD notes, discharge summaries, operative notes, and diagnostic reports. You will review and edit transcriptions for accuracy and grammar, ensure timely submission, maintain HIPAA-level confidentiality, and coordinate with physicians for clarifications. Requirements: diploma or certification in medical transcription preferred; prior transcription experience advantageous; strong medical terminology knowledge; excellent typing speed and accuracy; proficiency in MS Word and hospital information systems; and ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
