Job Description

Salary: Rs100,00.00 – Rs125,00.00 per month
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or DAE Mechanical is preferred.
Experience:
8-10 years in a manufacturing setup (Sanitary fitting) with a minimum of 5 years in a leading role within the Quality Department.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide pre-dispatch Inspection Reports to customers.
- Prepare and submit daily Line and Final Inspection Reports.
- Analyze and trend monthly rejection data using various Quality Tools.
- Verify countermeasures for unsatisfactory parts.
- Conduct warranty parts analysis with customers.
- Implement 5S and 7QC Tools for Quality Improvement.
