Job Description
We are Maq Builders & Developers, seeking a presentable, talented, and organized female Admin and Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will ensure a positive experience and provide exceptional administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors professionally
- Manage phone calls, emails, and messages
- Handle appointment scheduling and maintain records
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and organized
Requirements: Female applicants only, 1-2 years of experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
What We Offer: Rs 35,00/month, full-time from 11 AM to 7 PM (Monday to Saturday).
