Job Description
MAQ The Consultant seeks an experienced Product Development Manager (Work Wear) to lead design, development, and production of industrial garments and PPE in Pakistan. Full-time, in-person role managing sampling to bulk approval; coordinate with merchandising, production, and QA; select fabrics, trims, and accessories; ensure safety, durability, compliance and cost/feasibility analysis. Requires bachelor’s in Textile, Fashion, Apparel Management or related field and 5–8 years’ work wear/PPE experience. Strong fabric, stitching, finishes, planning, and problem-solving skills.
