Job Description
We are seeking a Leadership Program and Events Coordinator to design, organize, and deliver leadership development programs and public events. You will manage program schedules, venues, vendor contracts, budgets, speaker recruitment, and volunteer teams. Work with internal stakeholders to create curricula, measure outcomes, and ensure on-site logistics run smoothly. Qualifications: bachelor’s degree, 2+ years in events or program coordination, strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills. Must be detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working evenings/weekends during events.
