Job Description
Position: HR Recruiter
Shift: Full-Time (On-Site)
Location: Mars Junction, 1st Floor, City Hall, Intersection of Old Airport Road and Gulzar-e-Quaid, Rawalpindi
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in the BPO industry (preferably in recruitment)
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree
- Strong capability in managing the end-to-end recruitment process
- Must be based in Rawalpindi
- Male candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and attracting candidates
- Screening resumes and conducting interviews
- Managing the hiring process
- Coordinating with department heads
Salary: Rs. 55,00 – Rs. 70,00 per month
