Job Description
About the Role:
We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Closer to join our call center team. You will optimize sales processes, manage performance metrics, and support the sales team to enhance productivity. This role involves maintaining sales tools and analyzing data while collaborating across teams for efficient operations.
Note: This position requires night shifts for international campaigns only.
Salary: Rs30,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month plus attractive bonus plans, potentially reaching up to 1 Million.
Requirements include proficiency in English and a strong understanding of marketing/sales and negotiation techniques.
