Job Description
Join Mars BPO as a Sales and Onboarding Specialist handling our in-house campaign. You will manage inbound/outbound calls to verify customer details, maintain accurate records, and convert leads into confirmed sales while meeting daily and weekly targets. Required: clear spoken English, persuasive communication, experience in sales/verification preferred, professional, punctual, and objection-handling skills. We offer a competitive salary (Rs40,00–Rs70,00/month) with performance incentives, paid training, career growth, and a supportive office. Full-time, freshers welcome.
