Job Description
Join Mars BPO as a Customer Closing Associate. Night-shift role (7:00 PM–5:00 AM) in-person at 2nd Floor, Shafi Court, Club Road, Merewether Rd, near Avari Towers, Civil Lines, Karachi. You will verify customer details, confirm information in our system, and close qualified leads with polite, confident communication. Responsibilities include recording call outcomes, maintaining daily reports, and meeting targets. Prior call center or sales experience is a plus; fresh applicants with strong verbal skills are welcome. We offer competitive salary (Rs50,00–Rs80,00/month), commissions, bonuses, training, and a collaborative culture.
