Job Description
Join Mars BPO as a Field Operations Coordinator on-site in Karachi (2nd Floor, Shafi Court, Club Road, near Avari Towers). You will handle customer inquiries, coordinate daily field activities, maintain client records, support operational strategies, and report performance metrics. Requirements: High School diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), strong communication and problem-solving skills, basic MS Office knowledge, and adaptability for on-site work; customer service or field experience is a plus.
