Job Description
Join Mars BPO as a proactive Call Center Operator handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with product and service inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting sales and lead generation. Ideal for freshers or experienced agents. Requirements: intermediate education or bachelor’s preferred, strong English and local language communication, customer-focused, basic MS Office, and ability to meet targets. Shift: 6:30 PM–5:00 AM. Location: In-person at 2nd Floor, Shafi Court, Club Road, Merewether Rd, near Avari Towers, Civil Lines, Karachi.
