Job Description
Marsbpo is seeking experienced individuals to join our Verification Team as Sales Verifiers. You will be responsible for verifying customer information and ensuring data accuracy following outbound sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct verification calls to confirm customer details.
- Ensure accuracy of data collected.
- Maintain call logs in CRM systems.
- Collaborate to resolve discrepancies.
- Adhere to call scripts and quality standards.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs70,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month
Requirements: 1 year of call center experience and strong English skills.
