Maryam Bearing Industry is seeking a qualified Maintenance Incharge (Mechanical) to oversee and ensure the smooth operation of all machinery and mechanical systems. This role involves leading a team of maintenance workers, planning routine and emergency repairs, and adhering to safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of mechanical equipment.
- Optimize maintenance procedures for minimal downtime and efficient troubleshooting.
- Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment history.
Qualifications:
- Minimum education: Matric and above.
- 20+ years of experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in engineering industries.
