Job Description
Mash Holdings Group of Companies is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative (Christian Only) to provide chat support and assist with inbound and outbound sales. The position is based at our office in Firdos Market, Gulberg, Lahore.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond swiftly and professionally to incoming chat messages.
- Offer accurate information and resolve customer inquiries effectively.
- Maintain exceptional English grammar in written communications.
- Manage multiple chats and tasks efficiently.
