Job Description
We are hiring a female Lead Generation Executive to drive residential and commercial solar sales in Bahria Town Phase 4, Civic Center (onsite, full-time). You will make outbound calls, explain Mason1’s solar solutions clearly, book consultations, maintain follow-ups and call records, and handle basic customer queries. Bachelor’s degree and strong communication skills preferred; basic computer literacy required. Prior lead generation or customer service experience is a plus. Compensation: Rs40,00–45,00/month, market-competitive salary, target-based incentives, yearly bonuses, and travel allowance for female staff after probation. Ability to reliably commute to Rawalpindi or relocate (employer-assisted) preferred.
