Job Description
Matacs Technologies Inc is seeking a dedicated and professional Client Support & Operations Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will handle inbound and outbound client calls, manage communications, assist in scheduling meetings, and maintain detailed logs of client interactions. Strong collaboration with internal teams is essential for resolving client concerns.
Qualifications include 1–3 years of experience in client support or customer service, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is preferred. Willingness to travel locally for client support is required.
