Job Description
Mathmakesmart (MMS) is looking for a proactive and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires, helping us attract and retain top talent.
Key Responsibilities: Source candidates via various platforms, conduct screenings, schedule interviews, draft job ads, maintain candidate records, manage offers, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 1–3 years of recruiting experience, strong communication skills, and confidentiality.
Preferred: HR certification and knowledge of labor laws.
