Job Description
Max International is looking for a dedicated Chat Support Representative to manage client communications through Facebook Messenger. Candidates must be available for shifts from 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM or 1:00 AM to 9:00 AM, Monday to Saturday.
Your role will include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction through chat. Strong written communication skills in English are required, and familiarity with customer service tools is preferred.
