Job Description
Max International is seeking talented individuals to join our sales and order management team. As an E-commerce Customer Service Specialist, you’ll manage customer communications through WhatsApp, phone calls, and Shopify.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via WhatsApp, phone, and Shopify.
- Process customer orders accurately and coordinate deliveries.
- Follow up with potential customers to drive sales.
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service or e-commerce.
- Strong communication skills; target-oriented.
