Job Description
Max International is hiring a Remote Sales Development Representative to make outbound cold calls to US prospects, build rapport, qualify leads, log accurate CRM notes, follow up with warm leads, and schedule callbacks. Requirements: 1+ year cold calling or telemarketing experience (US market preferred), excellent English communication and listening skills, confident and professional phone presence, ability to work US business hours (night shift in Pakistan), reliable internet and headset. Offer: Rs30,00 – Rs40,00 per month base pay + performance bonuses, full-time remote role, long-term growth and a supportive team environment.
