Job Description
We are hiring a Customer Service Representative at Max International. This entry-level, full-time, in-person role handles customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or face-to-face; promotes products and upsells; records interactions in the CRM; and meets daily/weekly sales targets and KPIs. Fresh graduates and applicants without experience are encouraged to apply; training will be provided. Fluent English is required; Urdu is a plus. Prior sales or customer service experience is an advantage. Compensation: PKR 20,00–50,00 per month (based on experience and performance), plus monthly sales allowances, food allowance, travel allowance for female employees, overtime pay, and performance bonuses.
