Job Description
The Matric / Intermediate Teacher is responsible for teaching, ensuring strong subject understanding, exam readiness, and disciplined classroom conduct in line with traditional academic standards and board requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Matric / Intermediate classes as per board syllabus
- Prepare structured lesson plans focused on concept clarity and exam performance
- Conduct regular tests, assignments, and revisions
- Evaluate answer sheets and provide constructive academic feedback
- Maintain classroom discipline and academic seriousness
- Guide students for board examinations and competitive exams (if applicable)
- Track student performance and maintain academic records
- Communicate with parents regarding academic progress when required
- Participate in staff meetings, exams, and academic planning
- Follow school rules, ethics, and professional teaching standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor /Master’s Degree in relevant subject
- Minimum [0–1] years teaching experience at Intermediate level preferred
- Strong command over subject and board exam pattern
