Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Umrah Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and organizing their Umrah pilgrimage, while delivering high-quality customer service throughout the sales and travel process. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and sound knowledge of Umrah procedures and airline operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle Umrah and Hajj sales inquiries through calls, messages, and walk-in clients.
- Guide customers through Umrah packages, visa requirements, travel documentation, and itinerary details.
- Provide end-to-end customer service support before, during, and after the booking process.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients by delivering prompt, professional, and courteous service.
- Manage airline ticketing, including fare rules, reissuance, cancellations, and refunds.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to team performance.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of bookings.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently and professionally.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hajj and Umrah sales experience is mandatory.
- Fresh candidates with relevant knowledge and strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in the travel industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of airline ticketing rules, regulations, and fare structures.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work UK-based timings.
