Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and well-spoken Female Customer Service Representative to manage customer communication through WhatsApp and handle order confirmations. The role requires clarity, professionalism, and attention to detail to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp in a timely and professional manner
- Confirm customer orders accurately and follow up when required
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure order details are correct
- Maintain proper records of chats and confirmed orders
- Handle basic customer concerns and provide clear information
Requirements:
