Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented WhatsApp & Order Confirmation Executive to manage customer communication and ensure accurate order confirmation. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Handle customer communication via WhatsApp
- Confirm orders with customers
- Update order details and status
- Coordinate with the sales/dispatch team
- Maintain basic records of orders
- Ensure timely and polite responses to customers
Requirements & Skills:
- Female candidate preferred
- Good written communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple conversations efficiently
- Customer-service oriented with a professional attitude
Experience:
