Job Description

Max Solutions is seeking a dynamic and professional Call Center Agent for our Lahore office. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Urdu, possess excellent communication skills, and effectively handle customer inquiries.

Job Requirements:

• Strong verbal communication in Urdu
• Customer service-oriented
• Basic computer skills
• 2 years of experience in a call center is preferred but not required
• Ability to manage inbound and outbound calls
