Summary:

The Operations Support Representative serves as the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring a positive experience by providing excellent customer service during registration and scheduling medical exams, procedures, and tests, including those with demographic collection and insurance registration. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate patient information, facilitating efficient access to care, and supporting smooth healthcare operations.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to appointment requests, phone calls, emails, and electronic messages.
• Greet patients with professionalism and compassion.
• Register patients for appointments, procedures, or hospital admissions accurately.
• Verify insurance coverage, obtain pre-authorizations, and explain benefits as needed.
• Collect and process co-pays, deductibles, and other financial responsibilities.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments using the health record system.
• Maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies.
• Answer inquiries and resolve patient concerns in a courteous and timely manner.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by the manager/supervisor.

Requirements:

• Experience: Prior experience in healthcare administration, registration, or customer service strongly preferred.
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Excellent Command on English Language
• Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance processes, and health record systems is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Commitment to patient-centered service and teamwork.
• Hands on experience of CRM/E-HR preferred.

Location

• On-Site: E-11/2, Islamabad, Pakistan

Working Hours

• 7:00pm – 4:00am
