Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales Specialist based in Karachi Division. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, presenting suitable products and services, and building long-lasting relationships. Other key duties include meeting sales targets, providing excellent customer service, maintaining accurate sales records, and participating in team training to enhance performance and knowledge. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs. • Proven Sales experience and ability to identify client requirements and market opportunities. Experience in Sales Management, with expertise in achieving and exceeding sales goals. Proficiency in providing team Training to enhance skills and improve productivity. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site setting. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. • Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related technologies is an advantage.
