Job Description
Medatron, a leader in the Healthcare IT industry based in Pakistan, is seeking an energetic Customer Service Representative for our Johar Town, Lahore office. You will serve as the first point of contact for our US customers, ensuring they have all the information they need about our products while delivering exceptional service.
Duties: Call customers, provide product information, enter data into our portal, and follow up on complex cases.
Requirements: Call center experience (1 year), excellent communication skills, team player.
