Job Description
Join our team as a Medical Coder responsible for accurately translating medical records into ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes for billing and compliance. You will review charts, assign diagnosis and procedure codes, ensure documentation supports coding, collaborate with providers, and resolve discrepancies. Requirements: Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or equivalent, 2+ years coding experience, strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and insurance billing, attention to detail, and proficiency with EHR and coding software.
