Job Description
Meds Nexus is seeking a skilled Sales Specialist/Sr. Sales Specialist or Business Development Analyst proficient in English communication skills, preferably with a North American accent, for our Pre-Sales department. This is a salary + commission-based position.
Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound/outbound sales communications.
- Convert leads into clients.
- Schedule meetings via Zoom, Google Meet, or MS Teams.
- Prepare analysis reports and meeting minutes.
- Address customer complaints and provide solutions.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years in customer support.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Familiarity with MS Office and US Healthcare.
