Job Description
In this role, you will manage customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email. Your responsibilities include maintaining professional communication, recording service cases, and collaborating with internal departments to resolve issues.
Requirements: Female candidate with strong communication skills, proficient in MS Office and WhatsApp, prior customer service experience preferred, fluent in English and Urdu.
