Job Description
MeshSq is seeking a proactive and results-driven Upwork Bidder to identify new business opportunities, draft tailored proposals, and win projects on Upwork and similar platforms. Collaborate with our marketing and project teams to ensure client satisfaction from the first contact.
Responsibilities:
- Bid on relevant projects and write professional proposals.
- Communicate with clients to understand project scopes.
- Achieve monthly targets for leads and project conversions.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience as an Upwork Bidder or similar role.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines.
Salary: 80k to 100k PKR per month
Office Timing: 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM
