Job Description
We are seeking a Category Specialist for Beauty & Personal Care to manage assortment, pricing, and promotion strategies for cosmetics and personal care lines. You will analyze market trends, optimize SKU performance, and collaborate with suppliers and marketing to drive category growth.
Responsibilities: develop category plans, track sales and margins, conduct competitor analysis, manage product launches, and coordinate inventory and merchandising to improve shelf performance.
Requirements: 2+ years in category management or merchandising, strong analytical skills, Excel proficiency, knowledge of beauty trends, excellent communication, and problem-solving ability.
