Job Description
We are seeking a Manager, Sales Excellence to elevate sales performance through process optimization, coaching, and data-driven initiatives across the commercial team.
Responsibilities include developing KPI frameworks, refining sales playbooks, enabling CRM adoption, leading training programs, analyzing sales metrics, and partnering with marketing and finance to improve pipeline and win rates.
Qualifications: 5+ years in sales operations or enablement, strong analytical skills, experience with Salesforce or similar CRM, proven project management and stakeholder influence, bachelor’s degree preferred.
