Job Description
Onsite, full-time (6:00 PM–3:00 AM) at Plaza 145, Civic Center, Phase IV, Bharia Town, Rawalpindi. Requirements: Bachelor’s, 2+ years supporting US clients (sales/support), strong CRM skills, clear American-accent English, excellent communication, problem-solving, MS Excel, and multitasking. Role: phone/email support, accurate records, and cross-functional coordination.
