Job Description
Mezan Beverages (Cola Next) is looking for a motivated Assistant Manager – Organization Development to join our HR team in Lahore. This role is perfect for those passionate about enhancing organizational performance and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement OD initiatives aligned with business strategy
- Conduct diagnostics to identify areas for improvement
- Lead learning and development programs
- Support change management and internal communication
- Assist in talent mapping and performance management
Qualifications:
- Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- 3-5 years in OD or HR Strategy (FMCG preferred)
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs125,00.00 – Rs175,00.00 per month
